Design a helmet
The very first time I met photoshop was the period when I studied in Milan. The next time I met him again is 9 years later. I didn’t know photoshop could so much fun except keyer effects.
I hardly remember where I see the information of the helmet competition held by WeMo Scooter. WeMo Scooter is a scooter-sharing firm, aiming to boost the sharing market of electric scooter. I partnered with one of my friends who is more experienced in PS, providing some technical support to me.
We started with the project with some brainstorming. Sometimes it’s the most tough but the most interesting period for creation. We picked up the animal as the protagonist but uneasy to find the connection between the animal and electric scooter or sharing ideas.
It’s very cool to have the crow to be our protagonist. The crow is one of the cleverest animals as well as social animals. I think they are great metaphor for human beings. “嘎哩作伙騎” is Taiwanese, meaning of riding bikes with you. It can be taken as an invitation as well.
To complete this work, I practiced many skills of PS. It’s such a great honor and encouragement to earn the third place after three-stage competition through voting on-line and off-line. Maybe it would be a good motivation to practice a new skill through interesting competition, isn’t it?
